2015 Smoky Mountain Songwriters Festival Events

The Smoky Mountains Songwriters Festival is designed to be a showcase for songwriters,

the importance of a songwriter and songwriting, as well as an economic booster for the Smoky Mountains area. Below is a list of the Showcases we are presenting.

Every 2nd Monday of the month, from 6 to 9 pm, Smoky Mountain Songwriters Festival Songwriters Showcase at Crystelle Creek Restaurant and Grill (1654 E. Parkway, Gatlinburg, TN) hosted by John Condrone Songbird Cafe.

May 29th – 30th, 2015 – Smoky Mountains Songwriters Festival Rocky Top Co-writing Experience with Hit Writers at the Gatlinburg Inn. Hit Writers participating are: Group 1 – Danny Wells (“Check Yes Or Check No” George Strait, “This Everyday Love” and “While You Loved Me” both by Rascal Flatts and Wil Nance (“She’s Everything” Brad Paisley, “Clean Up On Aisle #5″ Mo Pitney, and “Round About Way” George Strait).  Group 2 – Brady Seals (“What Might Have Been,” “God Blessed Texas” and “My Love,”Little Texas and Hall of Fame Broadcaster Bill Whyte (“Retired” Ray Stevens, “I’m Goin Ugly Early Tonight” Cledus T Judd, and “Crickets” Joe Nichols).

August 19th – 23rd, 2015 Smoky Mountains Songwriters Festival: 4 days of free live music venues are open to the public. There are 1 or 2 ticketed shows, plus incredible opportunities for songwriters.
