We recently had lunch at Landshark Bar & Grill, an excellent eatery located on Parkway that is part of the Margaritaville family of businesses.

The place has a bright, festive (very yellow) décor, with lots of TVs and aquatic-themed decoration.

We sat at the bar, as usual. The bar area is also well-decorated, with tasteful lighting and large TVs for viewing of sports or other programming. It’s a very comfortable hangout.

So we liked how the place looked. But how about the food?

The restaurant has an ample menu with options such as burgers, salads, seafood and steaks. We were in a burger kind of mood, so we had the Sriracha Crunch Burger, which comes topped with Monterey Jack cheese, lettuce, Sriracha tossed lattice chips and a spicy Sriracha mayo. It was served with fries.

The burger was great! It has some heat to it, but that’s what we wanted. What would be the point of a Sriracha burger that wasn’t hot? It was well-cooked. The fries were just right.

Landshark Bar & Grill is situated right on the Cliff Branch stream that runs through the downtown area, a lovely setting while dining.
